After last weeks draw a welcome return to winning!

A slightly nervous start but Grant and Flynn got us off to a good start after 7 mins - Grant stood in front of the goal keeper at a goal kick and it deflected off him! The ball eventually came to Flynn who shot, it bobbled hit the keeper and it bobbled again and Grant helped it on its way and it bobbled into the net ! 1-0
We were more confident and pushed forward only to be caught on the break with George D left with 2 men to mark 14 mins and 1-1 after a confident strike into Adams near post
Luckily we rebounded quickly after 16 mins with Flynn scoring after a nice move 2-1 at HT.
At half time George D and Grant made way for Wills and Matthew and in the main part of the half it could have been anyones game. Shots and play were about equal with further changes with Flynn making way for Tom and Harry for Charlie.
At the end Garden City were pushing forward for a goal and leaving more space at the back and the chances increased with Wills scoring in the 40th min.
Overall a fine team performance with Cameron performing well at the back showing his pace against some fast forwards we will improve with practise as we did look a bit rusty as times - Cameron man of match

Overall Garden City were a well organised team and 'Im pleased' to say the score line was flattering - Im sure they will get better results! Thanks to Paul.
