Another game and another improvement in our shooting well done (particularly Harrys)!

Another great performance from our supporting parents exactly what the boys need, no swearing, no malicious remarks, no dirty hand gestures, no confrontation, in fact not anything just cheering and support!
As for the away parents................but I suppose there is always one! The rest were a good bunch......

Just two minutes before the game the boys were more interested in the colour of Charlies bedroom than actually playing a match. However, they immediately raised there spirits and got themselves charged up ready for the off, well done.

Starting line up Adam, Charlie, Grant, GeorgeM, Cameron, Harry and Wills.

We started strongly closing down well and in high spirits it was very impressive.

Goal 1 - 5 mins Harry tap in from Cams run and pass to Will who hit the post.
Goal 2 - 6 mins Harry took the pressure off
Goal 3 - 8 mins Garden City - We got caught by the attcaking pace of their Zak who finished well - Pressure on
Goal 4 - 18 mins Will with an excellent long shot from the left

Changes Tom for Adam in goal (Tom had a dodgy ankle) , Flynn for Grant. A bit later George D for Charlie and Matthew for Cameron.
Goal 5 - Harry - Hatrick after good pass from Wills
Goal 6 - Harry again header from Wills corner
Goal 7 - Harry again from a throw from Wills
Goal 8 - Wills header from a pass from Harry
Goal 9 - A good fast break from Garden City and we were punished with their speed but the game was all but over

Overall the scoreline flattered slightly but we put everything in the goal. EXCELLENT.

An excellent refereeing performance by Adrian who we support 100% in his actions, Mark and I would not have done anything different.

Congratulations for a great team performance, notably Wills and Harry who terrorised their defence. A joy to watch and hopefully a joy for the boys WELL DONE!!!!!!!!

We were a bit slow marking the pitch out this morning, unfortunately the garage key for the closes would not open the door, so we went to Mark Sayers to get his, (Mark opened the door in his long johns, his long pointy hat , his Bagpuss tea shirt and pointy slippers and stubble- but thats another story). Following that we got back to the pitch and Marks keys did not open the garage. Then the penny dropped the garage key was a different key, it was four keys along on the key ring, not two!
